Steven Price

Chairman

Steven Price is Chairman and CEO of Townsquare Media, Inc. Prior to founding Townsquare in 2009, he was Senior Managing Director at Centerbridge Partners, a private equity firm, where he led the firm’s investment efforts in telecom, technology and media. Prior thereto, he served as Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense (Spectrum, Space and Communications) from 2001-2003. For his service, he was awarded the Secretary of Defense Medal for Outstanding Public Service.

Mr. Price was formerly the President and Chief Executive Officer of PriCellular Corporation, a publicly traded cellular telephone operator. Prior thereto, he was an attorney with Davis Polk & Wardwell. Before practicing law, Mr. Price worked in the mergers and acquisitions department at Goldman Sachs & Co.

Mr. Price graduated magna cum laude from Brown University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and has a J.D. from Columbia University School of Law. Among other activities, he serves as Adjunct Professor of Marketing at Columbia Business School and on the Board of Trustees of Brown University (where he is Chair of the Audit Committee), Commentary Magazine, the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee (JDC) and BBYO, and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Bill Wilson

Bill Wilson joined Townsquare in September 2010. Previously, Mr. Wilson was President of AOL Media from 2006 to May 2010 where he had overall responsibility for the Company’s global content strategy. In his nine years at AOL, he also served in a number of roles including President, AOL Programming & Studios and Executive Vice President, AOL Programming. Under his leadership, AOL’s content sites grew to reach more than 75 million monthly unique visitors domestically and over 150 million worldwide.

Prior to joining AOL in 2001, Mr. Wilson served as Senior Vice President for Worldwide Marketing at Bertelsmann Music Group (BMG), where he was responsible for worldwide marketing including artist, digital and non-traditional marketing across over 50 countries for the world’s biggest artists including Christina Aguilera, Dave Matthews Band, Outkast, Whitney Houston and Santana. Mr. Wilson started his career at BMG subsidiary Arista Records where he was a product manager working with artists across numerous genres including Notorious B.I.G., Kenny G, Sarah McLachlan and Spiritualized.

Mr. Wilson graduated summa cum laude from the State University of New York at Stony Brook with a B.A. in economics and a B.S. in business management and earned an M.B.A. with honors in finance and marketing from Rutgers University’s Graduate School of Management.

Mark Stewart

Mark Stewart joined Townsquare Media in May 2012 from Kraft Foods where he held the position of Vice President Global Media. In this position, Mr. Stewart managed over $2 billion in media spending, contemporized their approach and drove a dramatic increase in digital investment.

Prior to joining Kraft Foods in 2009, Mr. Stewart was Executive Vice President and Managing Director, OMD N.Y., where he oversaw all client and business activities. Prior to joining OMD, Mr. Stewart spent 10 years with McCann Worldgroup where he held the positions of Media Director; Managing Director, Universal McCann North America; and Chief Strategy Officer, Universal McCann Worldwide.

Mr. Stewart founded and managed Media First International and he has held various executive positions at J. Walter Thompson in both New York and Sydney, Australia. Mr. Stewart was named Adweek Magazine’s “Media Director of the Year” and “Media Maven” by Ad Age Magazine. He has served on the 4A’s Media Policy Council, the ANA Media Leadership Committee, was Jury President at the 2005 Cannes International Advertising.

Rick Vorhaus

Rick Vorhaus is a 23-year digital veteran with decades of experience building and scaling digital solutions globally across 4 continents and at the hyperlocal level.

With the experience of bringing solutions to market at the executive level for industry leading companies such as DoubleClick, Excite@Home, Adify, and SayMedia, Mr. Vorhaus’ leadership role at Ignite Townsquare Media is uniquely positioned to provide strategic and operational guidance to the team. A passionate student of digital media and the power of data for driving customer ROI, Mr. Vorhaus continues to build out IGNITE’s solutions for clients at the local, mid-market and national level.

Tony Townsend

Vice President Of Digital Solutions,

Mr. Townsend joined Townsquare in December 2013 serving multiple positions including Market President/CRO, Regional Director and currently Vice President of Digital Solutions. Previously, Mr. Townsend served in leadership roles with ABC affiliates overseeing new business development. During this time, he restructured and grew digital services over 100% within the first 6 months while acquiring over 200 new accounts. From 2012 to 2013 Mr. Townsend assisted as the Digital Sales Manager for their subsidiary agencies where he oversaw all digital sales and business development. Prior to ABC Mr. Townsend worked with regional newspapers and agencies assisting with Yahoo, Rubicon and SiteScout behavioral targeting partnerships and business development.

Mr. Townsend's technology background started in 1998 where he served multiple positions including Executive Vice President in the telecom industry with startup VoIP companies working alongside Nortel Networks, Cisco, Global Crossing/Level 3, Wellfleet/Bay Networks and more. During this time, Mr. Townsend achieved multiple industry awards, certifications and was responsible for 4 U.S. provisional patents including Data Transmission 60/308,390.

Jeroen Corver

Director Of Digital Solutions,

Jeroen Corver joined Townsquare media in 2015 as Director of Digital Solutions where he is responsible for the development, management, and execution of the programmatic marketing campaigns for local and national clients.

Prior to joining Townsquare, Mr. Corver held positions in business development within marketing agencies where he successfully created, planned, and executed marketing campaigns in social media management, web development, E-commerce, and behavioral targeted advertising for local and national brands. Mr. Corver holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa, Tippie College of Business. He has published articles in A/E Marketing Journal and SMPS Marketing Magazine on how to use social media to increase sales.

Mr. Corver now trains all new hires for Townsquare Media across 65 markets on how to utilize digital tools to build an online brand, generate new leads, and close sales.

Jay Jivani

Jayesh Jivani joined Townsquare Media in 2016 as Director of Programmatic Media Buying. Mr. Jivani has 10+ years of experience in the digital media industry, and prior to joining Townsquare Media he worked at Yahoo!, Turn, IAC/Interactive Corp, Mediavest, DraftFCB and Triad Retail Media.

Mr. Jivani has worked in three different cities in North America – New York, Boston and Toronto. In his previous roles, he managed multimillion dollar accounts for renowned brands across North America and implemented campaign optimizations.

At Townsquare Media, Mr. Jivani is responsible for developing campaign optimization strategies for local and national advertisers. He is also responsible for evaluating platforms used for Ignite buys and implementing best practices for optimizations. He received his Associate’s Degree in e-Business and Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Berkeley College.
